What kind of Due Process does the state of Florida have when it scheduled and REQUIRES someone to appear in court without being LEGALLY served? Mayers doesn’t have an injunction on Donny, if she did, she would be getting the police involved for Donny “violating” it! Mayers won’t get the cops involved because she doesn’t have an injunction!
