Her rambling Motion To Dismiss was denied on Tuesday, July 1, but not before Foster, legal name Alexandra Melody Mayers, submitted additional pleadings with the court, including a hilarious affidavit by her friend Diana Grandmason a.k.a. Desi Foxx — the so-called child advocate who 1) married a child predator/sex offender, then 2) pimped her daughter into porn, and later, when the shoots dried up, 3) did ‘doubles’ with her daughter at The Bunny Ranch brothel in Nevada.
It came as a surprise to absolutely no one that Foster, the woman who once made a point of threatening to leave her tiny, bare walled home in order to throw acid in the faces of people she doesn’t like, …
…would turn down opportunity to face her opponents in court.
With the filing of the following document, signaling her intention to “phone in” her court appearance in defense of her (ill-fated) Motion To Dismiss, Foster demonstrated the truth of the axiom, ‘All bullies are cowards’.

Jennifer Randazza filed an Opposition to Foster’s Motion To Dismiss, on May 14. It’s a very straightforward document that makes clear that Foster 1) had failed to meet her burden to show that Randazza failed to state a claim upon with relief could be granted, and 2) had provided no evidence that Foster made her defamatory statements in good faith.
On June 27 — four days ahead of the scheduled hearing — Foster belatedly filed her completely off the wall Reply to Randazza’s Opposition to her Motion. Once again, Foster makes a series of contentious — most of them objectively false — that even if true would have neither legal significance, nor factual relevance to the case at bar.
Hard to pick a favorite section — is it where she writes that since Marc Randazza once used the common phrase “make an honest woman out of her” in regards to marrying the plaintiff, it was thus reasonable for Foster to deduce or “conclude” that she had been “an escort he’d hired.” LOL
Or is it where the owner of whole websites dedicated to defaming and demonizing her enemies refers to TRPWL’s reporting as “slanted”?

The object of the document was to do exactly the opposite of what the court wanted — it discussed “Facts & Named Parties” that Foster alone feels are relevant to the proceeding.

Mullen, Bass and Tompkins are not parties to this case, Foster. No one forced you to defame Jennifer Randazza and no amount of straw men will save you.
