So far the CA Labor Board has ignore a good 30-40 complaints. He either settles or bribes them after, but shame on the board for not relinquishing his license. Looking into his practices, shame on them for not protecting these tax paying citizens .

He would ask agent to drive to the middle of no where and leave girls on the side of the road with no ID or money. He stole, he bullied and he ruined more lives than I can even count for you. He held passports, got illegal IDS and held the talent hostage like a pimp.

Derek also has his office accountant go to a local Check cashing store where they illegally sign over the talents checks & cashes them. This makes it nearly impossible for talent to manage their books & they just shred their 1099z. Fact, I watched this all happen.
