epoch.com A FRAUDULENT OPERATION, Internet
Epoch.com engages in fraudulent withdrawing from ex-customers accounts. I am trying in Australia to get them blacklisted by all of the 4 major banks. This continual fraud can be confirmed by googling epoch.com reviews. It is a mystery how they can continue this criminal activity. Is it because so many punters are embarrassed to prosecute because they specialise in Adult sites? I’m not and will gladly testify against these crims. Why isn’t the FBI investigating, because their activity extends across several states?

On July 5th I noticed $39.00 deducted from my account from Epoch.com. I called and they said I purchased porn from a website and used their site to pay for it. I said no, I didn’t. They gave me the email address that was used, and ofcoarse it wasn’t mine. They advised me to file a police report, I did, and called my bank to stop my debit card. I got all my money returned within 5 days, and know it was my cousin who stole my credit card information to use for porn. But this website needs to be shut down! They should NOT be able to access or charge anything to your account unless you can confirm your home address to them or some other personal information to them, plus I am a woman and my cousin is a man and they still allowed him to use it. Anyone else who’s been charged for fee’s you did not do. Print it out, take it to your local police department, file a report, send that to your bank or credit card company and don’t bother fighting with Epoch.com just let the authorities do it, YOU WILL get your money back that way. Epoch.com They are uncontactable and scam artists Online Internet
I had one problem with them which was enough for a lifetime. I ordered a 3 day trial from a particular website ::cough::. You all know what kind of website this was…Anyway, I know the rules. You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial is up. Which means the next day by midnight exactly. It didn’t even get that far. The site wasn’t allowing me in. So basically I paid for nothing. I tried to contact the site, of course no response.I try to contact epoch.com, no response. I cancel to ensure they don’t keep f***ing me over.I can only imagine if I forgot to cancel. I would have been charged $20 a month for life. Their systems seem totally automated, and it is likely that they expect you to have to go to the bank to stop them.Meanwhile they rake in all the money they can before the bank can put an end to it.Of course what am I going to do about $7.50? Stomp into the bank and demand they waste their time trying to get some site to cough up that chump change. In addition because of the nature of the purchase even if I had a substantial claim it would be highly embarrassing to tell the banking staff about the situation.I won’t bother putting up the site that scammed me, but I will leave up that epoch.com are scam artists. Don’t ever sign up with them.CCbill.com is fine as long as you read the fine print. They are trustworthy, but they are unhelpful if there is a problem. That is all.David SF, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Epoch.com Company STOLE from my checking account – FRAUD! California Nationwide
I logged in to my checking account to see if my paycheck was deposited and noticed that I had some ‘unknown’ charges to my account. The transactions were listed as ‘Epoch.com’ and when I visited their website it says that they are an Internet payment transaction company. They only billed me for two days (so far), but each transaction is actually two transactions. They first took $1.95 and then took $24.95 – on two separate occasions (so 4 debits altogether). I have no idea who this company is or where they got my credit/debit card info. I called my bank and had them cancel the card and issue a new one. Upon reading the other Ripoff Reports on Epoch, it seems that this is what this company does. Companies like this should be investigated and shut down! They take ‘small bites’ out of your account, so if you are not paying attention you may completely overlook them. Madasheck Boston, MassachusettsU.S.A. *EDitor’s Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you! EDitor’s Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don’t delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it’s their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you’re at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

EPOCH.COM, WCBILLING.COM, Billed for services not requested Internet
I joined Local Dating Action in late 2007. Memebership charges were routinely levied monthly, and there were no problems. Then in January came an avalanche of charges. I communicated with the group in mid -February over repeated, outrageous charges being levied on my credit card by them via two agencies- CS8WEB.NET and EPOCH.COM. It was patently clear from the charges and the dates associated with them that the claims for alleged services were fraudulant. I challenged Local Dating over their legitmacy, and they agreed to refund charges for services not delivered ( for God’s sake!!), and that that would be the end of it. My membership would be cancelled with no further charges being levied before I left Not so – I have just received my latest card ststement: I got the refunds for CS8WEB.NET charges on the January bill, but not for EPOCH.COM charges!!!! Not only that , but now I also discover that new charges were levied AFTER the discontinuance agreement in February. Epoch.com scammed by making an unauthorized charge to my credit card Internet
Jumped online to check my overspend for Christmas, and there’s around $180 of charges from Epoch that I have no records for, and have never made. I’ve never signed up to an adult site or anything, so there should be no recurring payments. I have contacted my bank, and will ring them tomorrow and have them re-issue my credit card. I’ve never before paid or received payment from Epoch…so someone else has given them my details. Thankfully, it’s only $180, but I’m going to follow it up. My brother’s a lawyer, so at least I know my rights. Bit of a let-down after a wonderful Christmas, to have been scammed by someone, but on a positive note, I still have hopes for my money. Epoch.com XXXBlackBook Fraud Scam Deceptive, Internet
Epoch.com a/k/a XXXBlackBook.com appears to be a scam. The girls on the site are not real. But most outrageous are the fake messages, flirts and contacts by these fake members. Typically, the women who send a message have only one photo posted; an incomplete profile; and take days to respond. Their messages are short, vague, one sentence lines that, with hindsight, are fake. I strongly recommend you stay away from this site.

Epoch.com fraudulently billed my credit card; I never signed up for any subscription service online or anywhere else. Upon calling the number on their website I was told they would cancel some subscription I never had but refused to refund my money-big surprise considering they are thieves and a scam company. If you look at their website its pretty clear they are not an actual company; rather internet thieves who steal credit card numbers to fraudulently bill them. They also have zero contact info. and no physical address listed, not even a po box! I have also filed a report with the California Attorney General’s office considering their phone number shows San Diego CA; although I’m not even sure if that number is not a fake number along with the rest of their info. If you see Epoch.com show up on your credit card; know it is a scam and cancel your card or they will just happily keep billing you for services that don’t exist and you never placed.

Epoch.com epoch.com site used by fraudsters Marina Del Ray California
I have been charged against my debit card since March amounts appearing as epoch.com. I stupidly did not notice it until today. Apparently, epoch.com is a billing processor, and can be used by frauds if they have your credit card number to bill things. My card number must have been stolen by someone when I was in Italy last March, and they have been using it (laundering the charges through epoch.com) to pay for internet porn website access. The customer service at epoch.com were very useful, had the computer ID and email address of the thief – but I am surprised it is this easy to accomplish. I have been contacted Several times in recent days by girls on MSN and yahoo wanting to meet, however after a couple of minutes they tell me that If I sign up for Webcams.com they will meet with me in person. I eventually got so sick of it that I traced back one girls IP traffic and found something interesting. She was lying to me, Imagine my horror to discover that she was not in the city she claimed to be in (Neither was her supposed invisible proxy server it was in brazil) so I requested the public traffic logs from the server she was using an ip spoofer, why would she hide her location and tell me she was somewhere she was not? This sounds alot like fraud to me, needless to say, other people who have fallen for this fraud have been charged multiple charges by several companies. I refuse to believe that these companies have no knowledge of these events, they are making money thanks to the endless efforts of complete strangers (or will it be co-defendants) who make no profit from these activities? whatever. A month later there was ANOTHER charge for $39.95! I e-mailed them, called them, and submitted numerous ‘cancel membership’ e-mails on their page. All to no avail. I called my bank and they luckily got someone on the phone who guarenteed that my membership was cancelled from now on and would give me a refund of the second charge. EPOCH.COM $30 UNAUTHORIZED preauthorized debit from my personal checking account. Nationwide
I checked my online bank account; as I usually do to assure all my pending transactions had been processed. Turns out, I came across $30 charge from a company I had never heard of. Since, I have been monitoring all my expences, etc. I knew something was not right. I decided to look into the company and the first text I came across is: Epoch is an Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) which enables merchants to accept payments online. If you received a bill to your bank or credit card that led you to this page, we may have processed a charge to your account on behalf of an Internet merchant. You can retrieve information about charges to your account by using the forms below or by contacting our world class customer service department 24 hours per day. Funny thing is that they have the nerve to ask you for your account number in order to track your order. A more direct approach to once again rip someone off. I have reported the fraudulant transaction to my bank. The bank requested I complete, sign and have notarized an Affidavit of Unauthorized Transaction form. At first, they were resistant in sending me this form via fax, but, I insisted in speaking with a supervisor who had agreed to do so. Very unfortunate these companies for the most part get away with thieving from hard working citizens. MEV Kew Gardens, New YorkU.S.A.

Epoch.com, WcBilling.Com, Webcams.com, EpochEU webcams.com Contacted company to report scam and got $200 charge! Internet
I subscribed to this site to report someone who sent me the link to join and the requested my password. To compensate for it, I got some little credit to check out the site. I was stupid enough to use it and the credit expired with no warning. The chat session continued and I was charged $200 a week later. I let customer service know that I was charged without any warning and they replied arguing that the charges were legit and that they had the record of (quote) the xxx chat sessions to confirm it. Very easy way to make money and run a business. Very expensive way to spend some time chatting…

I’ve cancelled my credit cards; no more free ride for these scum! I am going to contact the RCMP and the Better Business bureau in my area and report what has happened to them. SocialSex.biz rips you off through Epoch.com — Total SCAM — Internet
SocialSex.biz sells itself as a hookup site, where you can meet members of the opposite sex for easy sex (I suppose same sex too if you’re so inclined, sigh).  It’s free to sign up of course but then you have to pay to do anything useful.  So what they do after you sign up is they send all kinds of tantalizing emails to you from what are supposed to be other members, except they’re just robots doing their job and it isn’t really the case that a bunch of 20-something hot chicks are right away looking to get laid by 55-year-old guys who haven’t even uploaded a photo yet.  Come on!  Except I’m ashamed to admit they sucked me in for a 3-day trial that was supposed to just cost $1.95.  THANK GOD I used Bank of America’s ShopSafe feature to outwit them — which gives you a temporary VISA number based on your real VISA account but has the added benefit of enabling you to limit the maximum amount that can be withdrawn.  So I entered $2.95 just for grins to see what would happen. The site worked well except all that young nookie that had supposedly been emailing me wanting to ‘hook up’ (Millenial for sex date) all went silent and didn’t return my emails.  Okay, I hadn’t risked much so no big deal and it sorta seemed like a scam site already.  Later that day or maybe next day I got a call from B of A credit card security asking about unusual charges that had been attempted against my temporary ShopSafe number.  The scammers processing the charges for SocialSex.biz were Epoch.com (look them up and check out all the Ripoff Reports about them, this appears to be the first Report for SocialSex.biz specifically).  They had attempted a number of charges, first for $149, then I think they tried $99, and a couple more lower amounts, finally charging an extra $1 (because I’d added that extra to the ShopSafe card and it was available to them).  I told them they were all fraudulent charges except for the $1.95 I had authorized, and could they reverse the charge for the $1 that I didn’t authorize.  They said I’d have to go through the processor Epoch.com first, and if I didn’t get satisfaction then I could file a complaint with B of A.  It took me a while to get to Epoch.com but when I finally called them I got a snotty little creep on the line who sounded like the type who dyes his hair blond and wears earrings, and that snotty little creep insisted that I had authorized the $1 charge for some other kind of perv site that they operate.  I told the snotty little creep I had authorized no such thing and please return my $1 (just for the principle of the thing).  He refused and so I told him off and hung up.  Later when I talked to a B of A customer service person I asked them to reverse the charge and they did, so f*** you, you snotty little creep at Epoch.com. BOTTOM LINE: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON SOCIALSEX.BIZ OR ANY OTHER OUTFIT ASSOCIATED WITH EPOCH.COM!  THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF AND KEEP ON RIPPING MORE PEOPLE OFF!  THANK YOU ED MAGEDSON FOR OPERATING THIS FANTASTIC RESOURCE TO HELP KEEP PEOPLE FROM GETTING BURNED BY THE KINDS OF SCAMMERS WHO RUN SOCIALSEX.BIZ AND EPOCH.COM!

The following is a list of unauthorised charges appearing on my Master Card Bill commencing in May 2007. I believe these charges relate to pornographic sites which I looked at but did not register. At the time they seemed exciting but not worth signing up for. I am 82 years old and should not be considered a threat. Only one of the 5 web sites I listed is on your Link Up list. Paycom.net. I know from my attempts to contact these people that that there are many other complainants. Any contacts I have made (one or two, several months ago) tell me they will drop the charge, but nothing happens. It is possible that some of these charges originate in Scotland or England as some of the complaints I viewed were from there. I logged onto my bank account on the April 7th 2008 to check the status. I noticed something called Supportsw.Com 8007555 which took off 50.07 EURO from my account. I went to the site to see what it was, and it wasn’t anything I’ve ever seen before or ordered from. Shortly after, I called my bank and said what happened. The bank then cancelled my Mastercard and asked me to come over to the bank the next day. April 8th 2008 I went over to the bank as they asked me to, and they printed out a status of my account, where I noticed 4 more billings from 4 different companies: Centhelp.Com – USD 24,95 Clkbank*com 684j9kpd – USD 124,94 Epoch.Com – DKR 495,83 Teh Network Llc (Yes, it says Teh) – USD 139,99 Apparently, since the bank status info is a bit delayed, all of them took place April 7th 2008 before the Mastercard got cancelled. My son was sent an email by a friend and when he opened it he found an invitation to a free porn site. He went to the site and it said it was free but he had to give them a credit card number. They ended up connecting him to 3 sites, and all three have been charging his credit card each month. He tried to cancel right away and they show he has canceled but they still charge him. He owes $600 to three scam companies and we had to cancel the credit card. I have emailed the billing companies (which all seem to have the same email address, billingsupport.com). I have told them to credit back all the charges or we are taking this to the police. We have not heard back anything yet. Anybody out there had success with this? EPOCH.COM Charged for services unwanted Internet
I recently had billings from 5 different adult content Internet sites for services I had not purchased. The other services were FORNINPASS.COM and THEGOLDSUPPORT.COM that appear to be the same company under the two different names. Both of them declined to return my money. Another, PAY LVENT1.COM has not yet replied to my phone call or email. Both PBBILL.COM and EPOCH.COM, I talked to by phone and explained the problem. Both of them saying they would refund my money. I really don’t know the originator of this compound problem. I did visit one adult site where credit card was required for access and to be charged $1. I halted te membership the following day, well ahead of the 3 day trial. But it was a problem too that all 5 charged my debit card without any sort of thank you. In other words, in spite of the fact they all had my e-mail, they left it as an unplesant suprise as all my money was sucked out of my bank. My first action was to put an end to the debit card with my bank. Then one by one contacted the billers to terminate the accounts and hopefully obtain refunds. The result is two refused, two said they would return the money (EPOCH and PBBILL) and the last that has yet to respond. But whenever this sort of thing happens, I recommend you first contact your bank. At least there you know who you’re dealing with and can put a plug in the source draining your money. All in all these 5 got $280 of my money. A fairly significant amount. It appears that EPOCH and PBBILL are willing to set things straight. We’ll see! Ron Myrtle Creek, OregonU.S.A.

Epoch Online Processing Epoch.com Surreptitious, unethical business practices Internet
I’ve recently signed up for a few adult internet sites.  Hey, what can I say, I’m single.  Anyway, the online bill processor who processed my transaction was Epoch.  It’s a good thing I was paying attention when I made these purchases.  Each time, I was charged an extra $1 for a trial membership to VideoXXX.com.  This doesn’t seem so bad, until you see that you will be charged $39.95 per month after the trial period, unless you choose to cancel during the trial period. So, I sign up for access to a website, and I’m automatically charged $1 for access to another website which I didn’t want access to?  And then if I don’t cancel the access to the second website during the trial period I automatically start getting charged a lto more on a monthly basis?Epoch is clearly preying upon people who are not paying close enough attention, or who afraid to complain to a third party because of the nature of the services they proccess payments for.  This is an unethical practice, and considering the number of other complaints on this site, I don’t think they will be in business much longer.Oh, almost forgot.  Ripoffreport.com, DO NOT use all capital, red letters when typing Here is a list of things that would make it easier to read you complaint.  It makes me think twice about whether or not I should file a complaint or take this website seriously.

Epoch.com Manstermed Bustyandreal.com Signing up for a free trial misleadingly lead to an expensive monthly membership not agreed upon. Santa Monica California
Epoch.com refused to refund any of the fraudulent charges to my credit card (I use the word fraudulent due to the fact that their merchant’s website was setup to mislead or trick one into an unwanted membership). It turned out that my boyfriend had signed up for a 2 day TRIAL for $2.95 , which unknowingly turned into an expensive monthly membership that was definitely not agreed upon(approximately $40/month X 7months = $280, not including the overdraft fees caused by this automatic withdrawal from my bank). Even though the wording on the website was misleading, Epoch’s customer support would not listen to my explanation. An ethical company would never provide business to merchants that basically setup their websites to scam people out of their money. Their customer support is awful and I believe that I have perfect reason to report them. The law does not allow for companies to get away with fraud and I will make a diligent effort to have my voice heard, so that this does not happen to others. It’s sad that there are companies like this that will find any way to sucker others out of their money and the advantages of online shopping we all once loved are disappearing before us as a result. Epoch.Com – Manstermed.com – Jovital.com some adult website that put several bogus charges on my mastercard account without permission Santa Monica California
This is pretty scarey and the first time I have ever had abnormal charges on my card. Manstermed, epoch (adult websites) and jovital charges showed up on my mastercard. I do not visit adult websites and I live alone. No one has access to my my email accounts or credit cards. The charges were consecutive over 5 days $10.00, $1.00, $2.95 $29.98, $34.95. My MC was cancelled but in researching what these charges could possibly be linked to, I found several complaints that appeared much like mine. All 3 companies are linked to each other, Jovital was an on-line billing service. Peggy newport coast, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Epoch.com Epocch.com has charged $29.95 USD to my credit card for two months now, and I’ve subscribed for nothing N/A California
I’m not sure of the original source of this, but I’m attempting to track it myself. I suspect it originates with a trial offer, I’m hearing of many of them being taken advantage of in this manner. The only other thing I can think of is a PC Educational DVD that I orderred a couple of months back, and haven’t recieved yet, I’ll be checking my records on this as well, and if I find that there’s a connection will let you know. Ripoff Report is something I’d never heard of, but it came up when I searcher Epoch, so I’m assuming that there’s a fairly widespread problem with this company. This type of forum is needed to fight these things, and try to get them shut down. Glad to have found it. and thanx. If anyone has benn able to find mailing info for this company, I’d really like to have it so I can attempt to cancel whatever they’re doing by registerred mail. Epoch.com deducting monthly payments of 14.28 and 21.21 pounds for services never used I did not give them my debit crd number new York new york *EDitor’s Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!
Deduction from my debit account unlawfully as I have never given them my account number. Leslie bodminUnited Kingdom EDitor’s Suggestions on how to get your money back! CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won’t contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. Remember Don’t let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action. And good luck Let us know how you do! Washington Mutual Bank And Paycom.net And Epoch.com wamu accepted unauthorized charges from paycom.net and epoch.com beginning Nov 2006 Pleasanton California
November 2006 statement Washington Mutual Bank had accepted unauthorized charge of $29.95 from Paycom.net billed October 27 2006 to my WaMu credit card. Unexplained unauthorized fee of $29.95 continued monthly through November 2007 statement then WaMu added overlimit fee of $35.00 October 16, 2007. July 2007 statement from WaMu had changed name from Paycom.net to Epoch.com each billed entry of $29.95 used same phone number 800-893-8891. Telephone calls are a waste of time WaMu refuses to provide explanation for Paycom and Epoch or remove monthly fee of $29.95. WaMu card in a lock box has not been used since December 2006. I have made payment of $30.00 each month on WaMu account. Are Paycom and Epoch business partners affilated with WaMu bank? There must be a paper trail or an authorization of some sort that explains origin of Paycom unauthorized fee. WaMu refused to supply any such evidence. Letters for correction and removal of unauthorized unexplained fees totaling $389.35 plus additional error fees $52.19 charged by WAMU totals $441.54. WaMu reply dated November 20, 2007 says fees will remain. Again my request to remove $441.54 in unauthorized fees have been ignored. Wichita Falls Texas credit bureau suggested writing Texas Attorney General to file consumer protection complaint. It appears that Washington Mutual Bank is part of this fraud since they cooperated and refuse to correct. Grant Wchita Falls, TexasU.S.A.

I have been contacted via Yahoo IM by three girls that initially seemed to want to actually talk to me, but within about 3-5 minutes would send me random pictures of themselves and then tell me they were models for some site and tell me to sign up on some site so I could rate them highly. This would require me filling out several forms and signing up for some trial for some porn site (webcams.com) that would charge me $4.99 for the trial. The girls all claimed they’d send me some code to put in on the third page and that I wouldn’t get charged. But of course, there isn’t even a third page. There are only two pages to fill out and then you are on the main page of webcams.com and there is nowhere to put any code in. The third girl was the most difficult. English was not her first language or she was likely retarded because she spoke with the grammar of a 5 year old. She constantly had me making new user names and trying different forms. The girls seem confused about what form they send you as well. They give you instructions that don’t apply to the form they’ve sent you. It’s as if they can’t keep their story straight. It is rather easy to cancel the trial though. You simply click Help and ask How do I cancel my account and then you can easily do so. But I don’t think they stop charging you even if you choose to cancel. I think the girls are hired by the site to mess around with men in their 20s to trick them into signing up multiple times and get the website even more money. I will be disputing all the charges put on my credit card by these scam artists and if I do not get all of my money back I will have my revenge. Electricbassguy Sunnyvale, CaliforniaU.S.A.

EPOCH ONLINE PROCESSING RIPPED ME OFF FOR $4,000.00. UNKNOWN MEMBERSHIPS FOR FOUR YEARS. Internet
I was taken for 4 Grand from the Epoch Billing Company. I never knew about this company taking 70 dollars from me a month from me. They took over $4,000.00 from my debit, checking account. I just found out this week. Someone else, used my card number to purchase memberships I never heard of, and Epoch is the billing company, they even admitted it that I was not the the one who ordered the memberships. Never did Epoch ever emailed me that I had an account with them. This is 5 years,… this went on. Why would Bank of America let this happen to me? This is a scam company that takes money from people all over the world. Look at, Complaints Epoch. I wrote to the FBI through emails and waiting for a response. What can you do since it went through a Visa Stamped Debit card from Bank of America. How is a person suppose to know if a money was taken out of an account if they never ordered anything? I noticed Epoch this week on my bank statement.. I thought it was insurance. Who is the bank that ordered this transaction? I have been with Bank of America for 20 years. I never had a problem until this past week, I thought. But I did have a major problem for 5 years and never new it. This is a world wide problem with Epoch. They did return 60 days back to me but they still took 58 months times $70.00 Bobbyv San Leandro, CaliforniaU.S.A.
