Court has not helped anymore. I have my little girl with me, however, with a father that has over 10 different charges for domestic violence & criminal mischief over the last 7 years, & with a wife who is just as vindictive and violent as he is; they still are forcing a 10-year-old little girl to be in his care. 
He’s been Baker Acted, and has 2 Marchman acts just since October 2016. 

Naomi is seeing a court-ordered therapist (by my request), has child advocates trying to help, and is now in the process of seeing a trauma therapist for new things that have come to light.

I’ve never been someone to ask for help, but I need it.

I need it for my little girl; Naomi. My daughter is my world and brightens everyone’s life she touches. I have always been one to give chances, 2nd chances, the benefit of the doubt, but cannot anymore.

My beautiful little girl is growing up so fast, and has had to live with a father whom is and has been domestically violent ever since she was born.  I tried to leave when she was 1 yr old, her father filed false restraining order against me. The court without proof just gave her to him.

A month later I moved back in to keep her safe as he wouldn’t give her up. The state became involved, even thinking I was the violent one, but found out otherwise. They helped me get the strength and know how to leave. When he found out I was leaving, he went to the garage, cut his face and called the police. I was arrested. Charges were dropped since he bragged about it. He wasn’t charged for filing false charges.

Two weeks later he broke a window in his home and called the cops, claimed it was me, and upon further investigation, they found that my ex did it himself. No charges were filed against him.

Two months later we had an exchange that turned violent; I was kicked in the face while helping my 2 yr old get dressed, then pushed into the walls  when trying to get away, and finally punched in the back of the head multiple times. The cops were called as was the EMS, (EMS explained to me they were there 2 hours earlier, he wanted transport to the ER for severe migraines… They denied him due to his true issue was severe intoxication… They left leaving him in the care of my lil girl who was only 2 yrs old, no one called me or removed her from the home ) the next morning the state removed my daughter stating I could not keep her safe from her own father….

They required me to go through hoops to get her back. Even a requirement of having a permanent restraining order & an alarm system installed in my home. I finished everything in a month.

Three months later I finally got her back, but then the state gave him 50% custody back too.

Things didn’t stop there even after I had a permanent restraining order. He would violate the order through threatening texts and calls, yet the state wouldn’t prosecute him.

I lived in fear every day. He finally messed up by running his truck into my friend’s car at my house after the state dropped charges yet again. He spent 30 days in jail, 30 days in rehab, and then got out and took my daughter from daycare and went into hiding. It took me another week to get her home.  His probation officer wouldn’t even tell me where he was.

To this day he’s been taking me to court multiple times to modify my restraining order… The judge even lowered the order to non-hostile non-violent order even after my ex had admitted in open court he still had deep anger issues with me.

My ex then began taking me to court to have Naomi & myself evicted from a home we mutually owned 5 days before Christmas, then he even made false claims of damage to the house, and had the hearing during a time the courts allowed me to take Naomi to visit her Grandparents. I lost since I wasn’t there and was fined $10,000. I asked the judge to be retried… I was denied. I had to file Bankruptcy….. he even tried to stop that from happening. He lost.. but then so did I.

He’s been involved with a new girl since 2011, and in and out of court for domestic violence against her… she’s had 5 restraining orders (and one now) filed against him.  Each more devastating than the next.. the most recent was an arrest for Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon….Naomi has seen the domestic violence (verbal & mental abuse on the kids, verbal, mental, emotional & physical abuse on his wife) first hand.  His wife, and her 8 year old autistic son is back with him again…. whom he’s shaken violently and yet mother will not leave. (Both kids hid under the bed during the fights.)

Naomi is turning 10 soon and has been diagnosed with Anxiety and Panic disorder since she was 6 years old due to the violence in her father’s home. I’ve been in a custody battle since 2012 and have spent over $40,000 in fees trying to get her out of there. Even more with her therapy and doctor bills. I can no longer afford the legal fees and medical expenses needed help to make my daughter safe and healthy again.  The worst part is that the court system still thinks that her father is worthy of having her in his home.

I am forced by the judge to send her into a violent home even after the judges knowledge of the domestic violence every other weekend. She was supposed to come home per the judges timeshare agreement on Monday morning… The father & step-mother refuse to return her….they’ve blocked all communication… With all this information I filed Pro Se an emergency motion to return the minor child, it took the judge more than 24 hrs to respond…. The judge denied my return of my daughter.

I don’t know where she’s at & haven’t spoken to her in over 6 days.. Without the judge’s order… The police & sheriff’s office are unable to do anything…..

My world is crumbling, I’ve been trying to stay in school, but that has become difficult, and keeping a full time job due to being in and out of court is almost impossible. Any help will help with legal fees and her medical costs… I just need help, any help PLEASE,
