Alexandra Mayers a.k.a. porn biz washout Monica Foster is batting 1000 in Las Vegas courts these days — in that the penniless hate site owner has a perfect record of failure, disgrace and ridicule.
Thursday morning, I had a status check in Las Vegas Justice Court. Last January, I caught a case after two idiots jumped me at a casino bar and I kicked their asses. Thankfully, the security tape was running at the time of the incident; the charges against were reduced down to nothing — drunk and disorderly — and I was given some community service.
Since then, the lunatic fringe of porn / anti-porn bloggers have labored under the misapprehension that they can in some way affect my status with the court. One moronic blowhard has repeatedly predicted that “things aren’t going to go well” for me in court Thursday because the “letters” that this army of floor shitters had faxed to the court would lead to me spending time in jail.
Riiiight.
Setting aside the provisions of section 2.9 of the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct, which prohibits the court from considering Ex Parte Communications, anyone with even a modicum of intelligence would know that no court would bother to consider such material in a case as inconsequential as mine.
Here’s how today’s status check went:
Judge: Good morning.
MW: Good morning, your honor.
Judge: Who is Alexandra Mayers?
MW: She’s a deranged woman who owns some anti-semitic websites, and used to own one called HouseN*ggers.com. This court — another department here in Las Vegas Justice Court — recently issued an Order For Protection to a local attorney and his family, including young children, after Mayers harassed them and made death threats.
Judge: Do you know this woman?
MW: I only met her once, years ago. She has since developed an incredible series of conspiracy theories involving myself and many others, including the Israeli Mossad and the KKK (working together). She thinks that the Anunnaki created or designed her centuries ago to make lists, and that she keeps these lists so that when the aliens come, they’ll know who to kill.
Judge: I’m glad I didn’t bother to read what she sent me.
[Laughter breaks out, and I mean howls of laughter. The bailiff asks for order in the court.]
Judge: [To my attorney] Have you read the letters?
My attorney: No, your honor.
Judge: Well, don’t bother.
LOL
And with that, I presented proof of my compliance with the court’s orders. The court issued me updated paperwork, and the Judge set a hearing to wrap up the matter in January 2015.
